Doing Business With God

A young friend of mine, our praise and worship leader, will often invite us to come to the altar to "do business with God" during worship services.  Not your usual invitation, but one that points to an important key to relating to the Lord.  That key is to take action.  When you feel the desire to go to God you must act upon that desire.  Do something.  Don't just sit there.  Stand up, bow down, cry out, get on your face.  Do something tangible.  Move toward the Lord.  No one can do it for you.  No one can make you do it.  Act.
